swept the next five positions in a row and wound up piling up 18 of
the 30 chart entries. Sedo's run began with a pair of impressive
ccTLD sales; #3 Parierenligne.fr
("betting online" in French) at $39,000
and #4 (tie) Roulette.it at $30,000. Those country
codes represent France and Italy respectively. Sedo
also sold NoHotel.com and NoHotels.com in one lot at $30,000
each.
The AfternicDLS,
SnapNames
and NameJet
all charted multiple domains. AfternicDLS and SnapNames
had four Big Board entries each while NameJet had two. The
SnapNames list was led by #8 SexyLadies.com at $25,200
while Afternic's roster was topped by #23 (tie) SeniorLiving.net
at $15,000. The latter name was one of three .nets on the
elite list.
The ccTLDs went one better, claiming four
spots on the all extension leader board. The country code quartet
was rounded out with #20 FXPro.co.uk at $18,200 and
#23 (tie) Miami.us at $15,000. Sedo handled all four
of the charted ccTLD sales. .Com maintained its traditional
dominance though, filling 24 of the 31 chart positions.

A couple of sales from Sedo's GreatDomains
premium online auction venue led the .com supporting cast with Forgive.com
fetching $9,999 and Gaps.com drawing $9,800.
GreatDomains also sold Myopia.com ($4,999), VXX.com
($4,650) and Institutions.com ($2,499).
Meanwhile Sedo's main platform continued to fluorish
with strong four-figure sales including RemoteScan.com ($9,750),
MiddlesexCounty.com ($9,500) and ArmyShop.com ($8,100).
Aethna.com added $7,800, GirlClothes.com closeted
$7,500 and UmbrellaBases.com brought $7,000.
A trio on names; InMemoriam.com, SamTech.com
and TravelCube.com talled $6,000 each while Institut.com

Global Contenders

.Nets swept the top four positions on our new Global
Contenders Top 20 chart and piled up 13 entries overall. The top
three names, all in five-figures, made the all extension leader
board you saw at the top of this report. The highest GC sale you
have seen yet is #4 Ofertas.net, sold for $9,231 at
Sedo. Sedo wound up taking a dozen chart entries, more than any
other venue.
.Org got into the action by sweeping
positions 5, 6 and 7. That extension was led by Debate.org at
$9,000. .Org charted five domains overall. That left just two
openings that were split between .mobi and .biz. #8
(tie) NLP.mobi banked $5,500 while an IDN, #20 Mφbel.biz
booked $3,055 with Sedo handling both of those sales.

Sedo sold five more domains that were listed on their
platform by the AfternicDLS; RIFA.org ($2,000), Cosmetique.net
($1,317), WoodenShoes.net ($1,088), Panter.net
($1,042) and Transpower.net ($1,000).
At NameJet TeethGrinding.org took in $2,211,
IA-Up.org added $1,800 and Burma.org brought $1,620.
CarClubs.org attracted $1,450, NewsRoom.org
covered $1,200 and Aldoi.org dispensed $1,111.
At GoDaddy Auctions Chiloan.net chalked up $1,721,
Arab6.net nailed $1,676 and NetworkForJustice.org focused
on $1,006.
Elsewhere SnapNames booked $1,167 for Virtually.biz
and $1,000 for HGM.net while Mark Rasberry sold
Denizen.biz for $1,850 in a private transaction.
Country Codes
The country codes
continued their winning ways this week with half a dozen solid
five-figure sales. Four of those made the all extension leader board
you saw at the top of this report and two others; UMA.de
($11,765) and OnlineBingo.it ($11,700), representing Germany
and Italy respectively, just missed making the Big
Board.
With so many strong sales over the past two weeks we
expanded this week's ccTLD chart from 20 to 30 positions and Sedo
wound up sweeping 28 of those openings. SnapNames and MissDomain.com
took the other two with the latter venue banking $8,499 for
#9 eHandel.se ("ecommerce" in Swedish).
Germany's popular .de extension had the most
chart entries with 10, followed by Great Britain's co.uk with
five. Here is how all of the

code category, piled up dozens of additional four-figure ccTLD sales
over the past two weeks including a pair at $3,000 each; Bio-Rad.ca and Georgia.tv.
Cochestuning.es and Versicherung.tv tacked
on $2,860 apiece with MobilesInternet.de adding $2,730.
A trio of names followed at $2,665 each; EuroCasino.de,
Fachhochschulreife.de and RSSNews.de.
Sedo had 67 more country code sales ranging
from $1,000 to $2,600 that are listed in the table
below.
