The biggest of those five country code
sales was #7 Drugs.ca at $27,840. The Canadian ccTLD
was sold by Emall.ca
Inc. who holds one of the world's best .ca portfolios. NameCore.com
had the next highest country code sale, ringing up $17,000
for #13 Together.co.
In addition to that solid Amsterdam.org
sale, the non .com gTLD roster featured a domain that led off the

Sedo.
Sedo was one of three venues that

Country
Codes
The quintet of five-figure sales
you
saw on the all extension Top 20 Chart above fill the first five
slots on this week's Country Code Top 20 Sales
Chart with Drugs.ca leading the way. The highest sale
in this category that you haven't seen yet is #6 Fruchtsaft.de
(German for "natural fruit juice"), a domain that Sedo
sold for $9,585.
Sedo went on to pile up 13 of the 20 chart
entries, including #7 FEY.de at $6,615, one of
five German .de domains Sedo put on the chart, with four
of those reaching the top half of the elite list.
Those five entries gave .de a win in the extension
race followed by Montenegro's .me with three. Canada's
.ca and Great Britain's .co.uk were the only other
TLDs with multiple chart entries taking two each.
Here is how the
country code leaders stacked up for the week ending Sunday, Nov.

Non .com gTLDs (.biz, .info, .mobi,

The non .com gTLDs were led by
one the year's 10 biggest sales in this category - Amsterdam.org
at $40,500 via Sedo, one of three five-figure sales in
this category. Those all made the all extension chart you saw
earlier, so the highest sale from this category that you haven't
seen yet is #4 on our expanded Non .Com gTLD Top 40 Sales Chart. That
is Volunteers.org, a domain that NameJet sold for $5,276.
NewAssignment.net rounded out the first
five after changing hands for $5,100 at Go
Daddy/Afternic. They went on to pile up 11 of the 20 chart
entries.
.Net easily won the extension race with
14 chart entries. .Org was next with five, leaving
one spot that was taken by .info. Here's how all of the Non .Com gTLD leaders

As always, we welcome all verifiable sales reports
from companies, private sellers or individuals with knowledge of an
important sale made through any channel. To contribute information and
help make this column better, just drop a note to [email protected].
We truly appreciate the industry leading companies who share their
sales information with us to help everyone in the business get a
handle on current domain values.
Every Wednesday we publish the highest
reported domain name sales for the previous week. On Mondays and
Tuesdays our contributors send us their sales data for the previous
7 days. We then compile that information and write this article to
give you the most comprehensive sales report in the industry.
Editor's Note: If you wish to review
previous Domain
Sales columns, they are available in our Archive.
