DomainNameSales (DNS) wound up having a
hand in seven charted sales, a number matched by GoDaddyAuctions.
The latter venue was led by #3 Fortnite.com at $71,500
and they also claimed the week's biggest non .com gTLD sale
with #5 CarsForCash.org at $55,000. The DNS roster
included #4 ThisIsMe.com at $59,000 and #6 (tie) Cortinas.com
at $50,000. GoDaddyAuctions shared that #6 slot with another
big non .com gTLD sale involving AHN.org.
The ccTLDs matched the non .com
gTLDs were two chart entries of their own (but at lower dollar
amounts) - #17 Kortingen.nl at $20,800 and #20
BMP.de at $18,564. Sedo
handled both of those sales.
The .coms swept everything else,
piling up 16 of the 20 chart entries. DomainHoldings.com,
Afternic.com,
MostWantedDomains.com
and NameJet.com
all joined the aforementioned venues in earning chart honors this
week.

Non .com gTLDs (.biz, .info, .mobi, .net, .org, .asia, .pro & .tel)
The non .com gTLD
all shared in this week's bounty with two of the year's top five
sales in this category being posted over the past seven days.
Those were CashForCars.org at $55,000 and AHN.org
at $50,000, with both going through GoDaddyAuctions.
The .orgs swept the first five spots on
our latest Non .Com gTLD Top 20 Sales Chart
with all of those sales hitting five figures. The .nets
finally broke through with #6 Viewpoint.net at $9,000
via DomainNameSales.
The .nets continued to rally and wound up
winning the extension race with nine chart entries compared to
seven for the .orgs. The .infos took two spots with
.biz and .asia each getting one. The .biz entry
reached the top ten with #8 Thomas.biz bringing $7,020
at Sedo. One of the .infos also made the top half of the chart
as #9 Urlaub.info sold for $6,600, also at
Sedo.
