LifeForce.com Lands at #1 on This Week's Sales Chart - 2 ccTLDs Make Top 5 & a New gTLD Goes Top 10

This was one of those weeks in the domain aftermarket that gave everyone something to cheer about. Yes, the .coms enjoyed their usual dominance, taking the top three spots on our latest weekly all extension Top 20 Domain Sales Chart (and 15 of 20 places overall), but the ccTLDs also excelled, putting two domains in the first five,  and the non .com gTLD's got into the act with a new gTLD that not only reached this week's top ten, but also ranks among the year's 10 biggest sales to date in the non. com gTLD category.

After sending us a previously unreported list of their biggest sales over the past six months, DomainsNext.com claimed two of the top three spots, including chart topper LifeForce.com at $70,000 and #3 0035.com at $51,000. They added yet another position with #10 (tie) G95.com going for $25,000. DomainsNext also reported a big numeric domain sale that they closed back in December when they banked $90,000 for 0003.com. As a result, we have added that domain to the 2018 Top 100 Chart in our Archive where it is tied for #83 (DomainsNext already held the #44 position on that chart with a similar domain, 0007.com, that they sold for $172,500 in June of 2018).

Uniregistry landed in the #2 spot on the Big Board this week with Empresa.com at $57,500. That was one of six chart entries for them, including #6 CoSpaces.com at $34,000.

The ccTLDs flexed their muscles with back to back entries at #4 and #5. Sedo led that duo with a $38,850 sale of Red.tv and GritBrokerage.com completed the powerful country code combination  with Jot.co at $38,500. The ccTLDs went on to earn four spots overall with DomainLore.uk contributing #13 Remortgage.uk at $20,740 and Sedo scoring again with #14 (tie) Goods.co at $20,000. Sedo would go in to match Uniregistry with six places overall on the honor roll.

Everything else went to the .coms who got an assist from two sales that AbdulBasit.com made through Afternic - #10 (tie) DarkWallet.com at $25,000 and #16 BusinessChecking.com at $19,888. DomainName.com also sweetened the pot with their $15,000 sale of #18 (tie) UnitedVentures.com.

There were a dozen more five-figure sales off the chart led by Sedo's sales of Famosos.com at $14,762 and OnePanel.com at $14,244. They added $11,000 for Germany.org and $10,000 apiece for TrustVoice.com and UCharm.com.

StrongestBrands.com sold FamilyBankers.com via Afternic for $13,000. Webquest also  made a $13,000 sale of new gTLD Bounce.house with the help of a Uniregistry broker for $13,000. Uniregistry also booked $11,000 for Stuffed.com and $10,000 each for Blackball.com, PlatinumCredit.com and ReligiousFreedom.com. 

Elsewhere, GritBrokerage.com rang up $11,000 for Zilch.co.

.Com Supporting Cast

Sedo accounted for the lion's share of the .com supporting cast of four-figure sales with a ledger led by CanadianPharmacyOnline.com ($9,500), Meel.com ($8,500) and WireFlow.com ($8,000). A trio of $7,000 sales followed with Hemplex.com, LookYoung.com and Undergrads.com making up that group.

LaGrenouille.com secured $6,000, Gopom.com garnered $5,799, too others - CocoCoin.com and PinayMatch.com - posted $5,500 apiece and Cryonova.com notched $5,440. Sedo had 24 more four-figure sales ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 that are listed in the table below:

Back at Uniregistry, CCPoint.com produced $9,500, Truking.com commanded $9,000 and Tydings.com tallied $7,000. RiteSpace.com rang up $6,000, followed by a logjam of five $5,000 sales that included TourCroatia.com, TowerSuites.com, XClean.com, GreaseFilter.com and GreaseFilters.com.

Country Codes

The ccTLDs enjoyed an exceptionally strong week that included five five-figure sales, led by Red.tv at $38,850 via Sedo. You saw four of the five on the all extension leader board above. The 5th was GritBrokerage.com's $11,000 sale of Zilch.com. Sedo filled the next four slots on our latest weekly Country Code Top 20 Sales Chart with #6 Whisky.in leading a quartet that helped them roll up 15 of 20 entries overall.

DomainLore.uk completed the top half of the elite list with #10 AR.uk at $5,185 and they also had the final entry in the second ten with #20 Innovations.uk at $3,050. 

Great Britain's .uk won a tight extension race with four chart entries. Colombia's .co and India's .in were just a step back with three each. Here is how the top ccTLD sales stacked up for the week ending Sunday, September 15, 2019:

There were seven more four-figure sales off the chart led by Sedo's sales of GalaxyDigital.ca ($2,500), CSD.be ($2,498) and BHJ.de ($2,220). DomainLore.uk added a $1,525 sale of ZG.uk, the .PH Registry moved Dito.com.ph for $1,500 and DaaZ.com sold two others - Hostel.co.in and Hostels.co.in at $1,007 each.

Non .com gTLDs (.net, .org and others, including new gTLDs)

Only nine sales were reported in the Non .com gTLD category this week but three of those reached five figures including #1 Smart.bio at $27,750, a number that also puts that name among the year's 10 biggest sales in this category. Another new gTLD, Bounce.house took the # 2 spot on our latest weekly Non .Com gTLD Top Sales Chart after WebQuest sold that name with a Uniregistry assist for $13,000. Sedo's $11,000 sale of #3 Germany.org completed the five-figure trio.

Sedo also helped round out the first five with #4 Sexe.net at $5,426 while Uniregistry accounted for #5 Desktop.app at $5,000. Here is how the top non .com gTLD sales stacked up for the week ending Sunday, September 15, 2019:
