Six-Figure Headliners and Hundreds of Previously Unreleased Uniregistry Sales Rock This Week's Charts

As we told you in a Lowdown post on Monday, Uniregistry has shared a big chunk of their 1Q-2018 aftermarket domain sales with us. Vice President of Sales Jeff Gabriel told us the company rang up more than $13 million worth of sales in the opening quarter of the year and while some of the those sales were subject to NDAs, Jeff was still able to share hundreds of transactions with us including a quartet of six-figure sales that top our latest weekly all extension Top 20 Sales Chart. In that initial post Monday I published 50 of the highest sales from the Uniregistry ledger. Now, after breaking down the data over the past couple of days, I can give you all of the sales they released.

Uniregistry got the party started with CrosswordPuzzles.com at $249,800 and backed that one up with Presto.com at $150,000, EMX.com at $120,000 and Hosts.com at $100,000. Still, they weren't the only ones making noise this week. Kate Buckley from the Buckley Media Group posted yet another six-figure sale, Providers.com at $100,000, to round out the first five. Kate sent the domain to Clearlink while serving as seller Nett Corp's broker. With her February sale of Inspection.com at $335,000 Kate now has an impressive pair of six-figure bookends on her 2018 sales shelf.

Powered by a full quarter's worth of sales released at once, Uniregistry went on to sweep 14 of the 15 remaining positions. The only exception was Sedo's $55,000 sale of #11 (tie) SysAdmin.com.

With high numbers across the board, the .coms claimed every spot on the elite list except one. That was #8 AAH.org, a name that Uniregistry moved for $63,700 in one of the five highest non .com gTLD sales reported so far this year

Keep in mind that these are the highest value cash only sales that have been reported to us in the past week. This column is meant to be an educational tool, not a complete list documenting ALL high value domain sales. Such a list is impossible to produce because many sales are kept private at the insistence of buyers, sellers or both. Country Codes

The ccTLDs didn't have any representatives on the all extension Top 20 Chart above (due to the flood of Uniregistry sales) but it was still a very good week for this category that included five solid five-figure sales - all produced by Uniregistry. That quintet, led by a pair of .tv domains, lead our latest weekly Country Code Top 20 Sales Chart. Those were Token.tv and Wallet.tv at $21,275 each

Uniregistry piled up nine of the top ten entries and 13 of 20 places overall with a haul that included #3 Are.ca at $15,000 and a pair of .co domains that rounded out the first five - Vest.co at $14,200 and Themes.co at $12,750. Sedo also had their usual strong outing with seven chart entries led by #8 Danemark.de at $7,320.

It was an especially good week for .co with that TLD easily winning the extension race with nine chart entries (no other extension had more than two). Here is how the top ccTLD sales stacked up for the week ending Sunday, April 22, 2018:

Non .com gTLDs (.net, .org and others, including new gTLDs)

It always seems to be feast or famine for the non .com gTLDs. Only nine sales were reported for the entire category last week but this week it was time to eat, drink and be merry thanks to Uniregistry's data release. Their list included 11 five-figure sales in the category and helped them sweep every position on our latest weekly Non .Com gTLD Top 20 Sales Chart but one (and that one was the final spot on the leader board).

AAH.org led the charge at $63,700 with strong support from MacularDegeneration.net ($24,999) and BangBang.net ($20,000). A pair of .orgs rounded out the first five with #4 Phantom.org fetching $18,000 and #5 Algorithms.org adding $16,000.

Five new gTLDs took spots on the elite list led by #6 (tie) Music.audio at $15,000. Still it was old standby .org that won the extension race, nipping .net 7 entries to 6. Here is how the non .com gTLD leaders stacked up for the week ending Sunday, April 15, 2018:
