7-Figure Sale of TM.com and a 6-Figure Sale from Rick Schwartz Top This Week's Domain Sales Chart

No doubt about the name that would top this week's sales chart. As I told you in a post in our Lowdown section on November 14, Mark Thomas at VIP Brokerage closed a $1,250,000 sale of TM.com that ranks as the 4th highest sale of the year to date. The sale also gives Mark two of 2019's four biggest sales as he also rang up $3 million for California.com in January.

In just about any other week, Domain King Rick Schwartz would be sitting atop the elite list with his latest six-figure sale. Using the services of broker George Hong at Guta.com, Rick sold 6500.com for a cool $120,000 to take the #2 spot on this week's honor roll.

The non .com gTLDs also had a memorable week thanks to three .org sales, all made through Sedo, that earned places on the Big Board. That trio was led by #3 Dawn.org at $50,000, a number that gave that domain a place among the year's 10 biggest non .com gTLD sales to date.

The ccTLDs had a lot to crow about too, enjoying one of their best weeks of the year with six chart entries. Sedo accounted for four of those and had the biggest one - #5 Porn.co at $22,200. The other two went to Netfleet.com.au for #13 RFM.com.au at AUD $17,050 ($11,594 USD) and MagnumDomains for #15 (tie) Unseen.co at $10,000.

By Ron Jackson

Still, the .coms were able to maintain their usual majority of chart entries, piling up 11 places overall with Uniregistry accounting for three of those, including #4 Gorgias.com at $34,500.

Non .com gTLDs (.net, .org and others, including new gTLDs)

Only 12 sales were reported in the non .com gTLD category this week but quality helped make up for the lack of quantity, especially that $50,000 sale of #1 Dawn.org via Sedo. You saw the three .orgs that top our latest Non .Com gTLD Top Sales list in the all extension section above, so the biggest sale in this group you haven't seen yet is #4 Only.fans, a new gTLD that changed hands for $9,490 at Uniregistry.

Sedo posted 8 of the 12 chart entries. Two others went to Uniregistry with the remaining spots going to the Nidoma/.Cloud Registry sale of #11 MCB.cloud at $2,220 and GoDaddy's $2,000 sale of Rent.club
