Even though the onslaught of sales from DomainNameSales left no room for the the ccTLDs on the all extension Top 20 Chart above, this group performed very well too with eight 5-figure sales. On many weeks all of those would have made the Big Board. A Canadian domain, 888.ca, led the country codes with a $20,000 sale at Sedo. DomainNameSales followed with another Canadian domain, #2 Supreme.ca at $19,000.

Rounding out the first five on  our latest weekly Country Code Top 20 Sales Chart are #3 EnglishClub.co.uk ($16,000 at DNS), #4 Jahreswagen.eu ($15,840 at Sedo) and #5 (tie) Firstport.co.uk and VideoSlots.co.uk at $15,000 each (both via DNS).

Colombia's .co won the extension race with six chart entries followed by Canada's .ca and Great Britain's .co.uk with four each. Here is how the country code sales stacked up for the week ending Sunday, August 24:

There were dozens of additional four-figure ccTLD sales off the chart led by Sedo's $3,960 sale of  Acheteruneetoile.fr at $3,960. Lyst.fr located $3,696 and Jens.eu yielded $3,102. 

Sedo had 34 more four-figure ccTLD sales ranging from $1,000 to $1,800 that are listed in the table below:

Domains90210.com also used Sedo to sell 1st.tv for $2,888.

At DomainNameSales Robins.ca and Turnstyle.co.uk claimed $3,500 apiece while Cuba.eu and Escalate.us drew $3,000 each. KelownaCondos.ca added $2,600 and three others - Alliance.us, Nash.tv and PeoplesBank.ca - attracted $2,500 apiece.

SafetyTraining.ca secured $2,300, Wildflower.ca fetched $2,250 and three others - Mitt.ca, PizzaKing.ca and UBuy.ca - brought $2,000 each. DealsTV.ca tuned in $1,750, Cremations.ca scorched $1,295 and RoofLink.co.uk rang up $1,100. AirFreightAustralia.com.au and Minnow.ca made another $1,000 apiece.

At Golem.eu AEO.eu sold for $3,299, DataFactory.eu downloaded $1,979 and three others - Cuadra.eu, Noob.eu and San-Tech.eu, tacked on $1,319 apiece. Cambia.eu and Realt.eu eked out another $1,283 each.

At NetFleet.com.au Quick.com.au hustled up $2,796, EOR.com.au added $1,580 and Muscles.com.au contracted $1,081 while Smoking.com.au inhaled $1,075.

Elsewhere, DomainLore.co.uk moved Upholstery.co.uk for $1,079.

Non .com gTLDs (.net, .org, .biz, .info & others, including new gTLDs)

The non .com gTLDs had their worst week of the year last week, but this week it was nothing but blue skies as DomainNameSales.com reported a slew of impressive sales in this category, including four that rank among the year's 10 biggest non .com gTLD sales to date. Leading the way were the two .nets you saw on the all extension Top 20 earlier - Yes.net at $175,000 and 99.net at $150,000.

DNS filled out the first five in our latest weekly Non .Com gTLD Top Sales Chart with #3 RideSharing.org ($39,000), #4 Ride.org ($35,000) and #5 (tie) CarPool.org and Poetry.net at $18,000 each.

The .nets won the extension race with ten chart entries, followed by .org with eight and .info with two.
