It was a wild and wonderful
couple of weeks for the ccTLDs with 13 five-figure sales
gracing their chart, led by Invent.ai at $94,900 in sale
reported by Namecheap.
.AI domains went on to sweep six of the top seven entries in a
continuation of the dominance they have had in this category for many
months now. Irex.ca
did interrupt the .ai run at the top with their CAD 76,557
($55,121) sale of #2 Buy.ca.
Sedo
wound up taking 10 of the 20 chart entries with a mix of TLDs that
included four .ai, four .de, a .eu and a .in.
DomainBooth
also had multiple chart entries, taking three spots and giving another
popular ccTLD, .io, two spots on the honor roll with #8 FUD.io
at $22,000 and #15 CoinPlay.io at $8,995.
Here is how the ccTLDs stacked up for the
two weeks ending Sunday, April 14, 2024:

Non .com gTLDs
The Non .com
gTLDs were led by a quartet of five-figure sales, three of
which were .orgs including the headliner, Sedo's
$90,000 sale of Miami.org handled by Premium Broker Mark
Ghoriafi. That is also the highest publicly reported .org sale of
the year to date and one of the top three non .com gTLD sales (see our
Year to Date Sales Charts
for those details).
The .orgs scored an
easy win the TLD race with six charted sales but it was still a very
diverse couple of weeks with 11 different TLDs represented on
the leader board. Five of them had multiple entries with .vip
(3), .nyc (2), .app (2) and .art (2) joining .org
in that club.
Here is how all of the non
.com gTLD leaders stacked up for the two weeks ending Sunday, April
