Our
last report, two weeks ago, was the only one
of the entire summer that did not have a seven-figure
sale at the top of our our bi-weekly all extension Top 20
Sales Chart. Well, we more than made up for that
this time around the track, with two seven-figure
blasts that both rank among the six biggest sales reported
so far this year.
The biggest explosion came from a $3,144,000 sale of Floor.com
that was made by the longtime industry pros at BrandForce.com.
James Iles at JamesNames.com
and Eliot Silver at Domaining
Investing.com filled in the details on the year's
3rd biggest publicly reported sale to date when the story
broke on September 22.

News
of the second seismic sale in seven days just came today
and, as has so often been the case, the source was George
Kirikos who found the price paid for NFT.com
earlier this year while examining Canadian securities filings. That number was
a cool $2 million, putting NFT.com in a tie for the
year's 5th biggest sale to date with Sedo's sale of Angel.com
in April. George also let me know about a previously
unreported 2020 sale of GoingPublic.com that he found
over the weekend. That name went for $37,695.
A
pair of nice six-figure sales took the next two spots on this
week's chart. Veteran investor/broker James Booth used Squadhelp
to close a $180,000 sale of #3 BetU.com and Sedo
Senior Broker Dave Evanson logged yet another big sale
with #4 Fume.com at $160,000. As many of
you will recall, Dave is the one who handled that $2
million sale of Angel.com noted above. Sedo also rounded out
the first five on the elite list with an $88,000 sale
of NFTChain.com.

We got another nice influx
of sales data from NameJet
and SnapNames
as the sister sites (both owned by Web.com) issued a list of their top
sales from July and August. Five of those landed on this week's top
20, led by NameJet's $81,610 sale of #6 BestShop.com.
The .coms swept 16 of the 20 chart entries, also getting a
boost from DomainMarket.com's
$35,000 sale of #13 (tie) Cotino.com and a $30,000 sale
of MetaFB.com that James Jean made through Sedo.
The
non .com gTLDs claimed three spots on the Big Board with two of
those going to DNGear's
Swetha Yenugula who sold #8 Quest.xyz for $69,888
and #18 Agora.xyz for $27,888. As Andrew Allemann

today, Swetha has created her own cottage industry selling .xyz
domains, doing especially well with end user sales to companies in the
blockchain space. You will seem many other solid sales from DNGear as
you proceed through this report. The other non .com gTLD chart entry
went to International
Business Network who sold #15 (tie) MetaRooms.net
for $30,000.

The
ccTLDs were limited to one chart entry this time out, a nice $35,000
sale of #13 (tie) Mill.co at Sedo. The country code domains did
ring up a half-dozen five-figure sales though as you will see
on the supplementary chart of five-figure sales that follows the Top
20 leader board.
Here is

posted $6,579. CooCoo.com commanded $6,339
and Huga.com hauled in $6,000.
