When
I entered this business
over 20 years ago one thing I quickly noticed (and
have frequently commented on) is the number of
extraordinarily creative people who
somehow found their way into the domain industry.
It probably shouldn't surprise anyone because a domain
name gives its owner the primary tool he
or she needs to create a unique and unforgettable
presence on the web. Visionary entrepreneurs
understood that immediately and many who thrived
in the domain world leveraged that success to take
advantage of exciting new opportunties they
spotted in related fields. A
couple of prime examples are Titan
