With
the final quarter of 2025 well underway, it looks like
serious domain buyers are lining up to secure assets
that will set them up for success in the new year ahead. Our
latest bi-weekly all-extension Top 20 Sales Chart is
packed with solid sales in multiple extensions. Two of those
passed the $700,000 mark and five landed in six figures. We broke
the news about the biggest publicly reported .ai
sale on record - Wisdom.ai at $750,000 in
our Lowdown section last week. That sale, made by Ammar
Kubba with Grit
Brokerage representing the seller, tops the new
leader board and gives the white-hot .ai TLD the
biggest feather in its cap to date.
|

|
|
Sedo's
Derick Clegg then completed a powerful one-two punch for
the domain aftermarket by closing a $725,000 sale of NoLimit.com.
With that haymaker, Derick, who is wrapping up his 8th
successful year at Sedo, gave the company 7 of the top 20
spots on our Year-To-Date
Top 100 Sales Chart. In
a ccTLD eye-popper, and yet another win generated by the artificial
intelligence boom, Saw.com
worked with SecretBrokerage.com
(the buyer's representative) to complete the biggest verified .tv
sale on record - AI.TV at $200,000 - in a
deal transacted through CryptoExchange.com.
The
other two six-figure sales both went to Mike Mann
at DomainMarket.com
where Veramed.com dispensed $167,500 and AusGov.com
appropriated $130,000. Mike actually took three
spots in a row by creating a $94,888 sale of #6 HappyMonster.com,
just in time for Halloween! The .coms went on to claim
11 of the 20 chart entries, including two each for SnapNames
and NameJet.
|
|
The ccTLDs
also had a great outing, taking two of the top three spots and
seven places overall. The one that had everybody talking was
a $40,000 sale of #14 Invested.io at Atom.com.
That's because the seller (Mr.Domains
at X.com) had purchased the domain on Christmas
Day last year for just $99.95 in a SAV.com
auction! Talk about giving yourself a great Christmas gift
(I would take the $39,900 gain over a bottle of Old Spice any
day)! The non
.com gTLDS also got in on the fun with a pair of charted
sales - #17 Own.xyz at $30,000 and #18 OnChain.net
at $29,888. Both of those sales were made at
Sedo. Here
is how all of the
leaders stacked up for the two weeks ending Sunday,
