Whether you
are a .com fan, a non .com gTLD aficionado or a ccTLD
devotee there is something for you to like in the
domain sales data that came in over the past two weeks. The .com
king of the hill is one of the 10 highest sales reported so
far this year. The ccTLDs also produced one of 2023's
ten biggest in that group and the non .com gTLDs went
even bigger, posting the top sale of the year
to date in that category.
Adam Strong's
$300,000 sale of YourRide.com via Evergreen.com,
handled by top notch broker Jen Sale (as detailed by Elliot
Silver on DomainInvesting.com),
led the hit parade.

Mike Mann at DomainMarket.com
added a second six-figure sale to our latest bi-weekly all
extension Top 20 Sales chart after sending Majoris.com
to a financial services company that based at
MajorisCapital.com for $130,000. Greg Meyers
gave the .coms a sweep of the first three spots by
releasing details of an $81,675 sale of AIGenerator.com
that he closed in January.
|
The
non .com gTLDs made their presence known with Swetha.xyz's
$79,888 sale of #4 Clockwork.xyz
to a cryptocurrency company - a deal that now ranks as the
highest sale reported year
to date from that category. Two other non .coms
gTLDs took places on the honor roll - #16 Era.app at
$12,582 via Sedo
and #18 (tie) Recall.org at $10,249 through NameJet.
The ccTLDs
also got into the act at #5 thanks to Sedo's $32,400 sale
of Gov.de. That is one of five country code domains to
earn spots on the Big Board this week, including two others
from Sedo that reached the top ten - #8 Pioneer.us at $24,372
and #9 Sales.co at $24,000. Mark Ghioriafi
at MrPremium.com
also rang the ccTLD bell with #11 Friends.ai at $18,500,
as did the BusinessForSale.eu
brokerage with an $11,880 sale of #17 Slaapbank.nl.

cash only sales that have been reported to us in the
past two weeks. This column is meant to be an educational tool, not
a complete list documenting ALL high value domain

are kept private at the insistence of buyers, sellers or both.
