Two 6-Figure Sales Top Our Latest Domain Sales Chart While an NDA Keeps a 7-Figure Deal Under Wraps

A pair of new six-figures sales occupy the top spots on our latest bi-weekly all extension Top 20 Domain Sales Chart with GoDaddy getting credit for closing both of those. #1 AirPlay.com closed at $202,000 in a GoDaddy auction. As of this writing the buyer was still unknown but it may have been purchased as an investment as new price inquiries are already being accepted via the domain's landing page. GoDaddy also helped K-Ventures close a $106,000 sale of # Daga.com.  That K-Venutres/GoDaddy combo also produced the #1 sale in our previous report two weeks ago - ECL.com at a attention-getting price of $600,000.

An even bigger sale was reported this week, but as we detailed in our Lowdown section April 10, the exact price paid in a seven-figure sale of NewYork.com, brokered by Fred Mercaldo at Geocentric Media, was not revealed due to a non-disclosure agreement.

The .coms wound up sweeping the first eight places on the latest leader board with three different venues filling out the first five. SquadHelp.com moved #3 MyBets.com for $80,000, #4 Speedz.com spawned $50,000 at Sedo and SnapNames notched $34,337 for #5 EOK.com

The .coms went on to sweep 16 of the 20 chart entries with CryptoExchange.com teaming up with Arif Sengoren's SecretBrokerage.com to post two those while NameJet added another pair.

That CryptoExchange/SecretBrokerage tandem also produced the biggest non .com sale, #9 VIP.ai at $20,000. That was one of three ccTLDs to earn places on the Big Board. Magnum Domains put up the other two, banking $19,900 for #10 TIL.co and $15,000  for #15 BDE.co.
