It was a good week for the ccTLDS led by the six five-figure sales from this category that you saw on the all extension leader board above. The top country code sale, Racing.ca at $39,200, is the second biggest ccTLD sale reported so far this year, trailing only Pay.co (sold for $46,807 earlier this month at Sedo). 

The biggest sale in this category that you haven't seen yet is #7 MBS.fr, a French domain that Sedo sold for $9,401. They went on to sweep 16 of the 20 chart entries with a roster than included #8 Letting.co.uk at $8,985 and another French domain, #9 CreateurDeBeaute.fr, at $7,533. 

Great Britain's .co.uk easily won the extension race with seven chart entries. No one else had more than two. Three extensions each claimed a pair of chart positions -  Canada's .ca, France's .fr and Germany's .de. 

Here is how the country code leaders stacked up for the week ending Sunday, February 24:

There were dozens of additional four-figure ccTLD sales off the chart with Sedo accounting for the vast majority of those with a group led by OnCloud9.co.uk ($3,775), Arzneimittel.at ($3,537) and BabyShower.com.ve ($3,500). Tiefpreise.de delivered $3,275, DriveStyle.co.uk drew $3,020 and Still.in added $2,990. 

Sedo had 58 more four-figure ccTLD sales ranging from $1,000 to $2,620 that are listed in the table below:

At NoktaDomains PsychicReading.co.uk foresaw $3,000, Funny-Games.co.uk attracted $2,499 and SleighBed.com welcomed $1,792. HairdressingScissors.co.uk snipped $1,200 and AutoNetwork.co.uk connected with $1,000. 

Elsewhere, NetFleet.com.au sold Engineers.com.au ($2,294), Ebbs.com.au ($1,868) and Traralgon.com.au ($1,733) and Afternic moved Sands.co for $2,000 and Hah.co for $1,999.

Non .com gTLDs (.biz, .info, .mobi, .net, .org, .asia, .pro & .tel)

It was a rough week for the non .com gTLD category. None from this group reached five figures, leaving the door open for ProEuropa.org to take the top spot on our latest weekly Non .com gTLD Top 20 Sales Chart at $6,288 via Sedo. They took the next two spots as well with #2 Amira.net at $4,500 and #3 Tokyo2020.org at $4,000. 

Afternic claimed the following three positions with a group led by #4 Capezio.net at $3,388 and they went on to pile up ten positions overall.

The .nets won the extension race with 10 charted domains, followed by .org with seven. The remaining three places were divided between .info, .asia and .biz.

There were a couple of dozen additional four-figure sales off the chart led by Afternic's sales of MembershipCards.org, OurClub.org and ServiceIt.net, each of which brought $1,500. 

Afternic had 17 more four-figure non .com gTLD sales ranging from $1,000 to $1,488 that are listed in the table below:
